Within ten days of purchasing your new kitten and Puppy, You must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines, Within ten days of purchase, That your kitten/puppy is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery, You have the following options:

* Return the kitten and puppy for a complete refund.
* Return the kitten and puppy for a replacement kitten of equal value.
* Retain the kitten and puppy and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, Not exceeding the purchase price.
* These options do not apply where a seller, Who has provided a health certificate issued by a veterinarian, Discloses in writing at the time of sale the health problem for which the buyer later seeks to return the kitten and puppy.

If within 30 days of purchase, A licensed veterinarian determines that your kitten and puppy has a congenital or hereditary defect which adversely affects the animal’s health or that your kitten and puppy died from a congenital or hereditary defect, You have the same option as outlined above.

You must notify the seller of the examining veterinarian’s name, Address & phone number within two days of the vet’s certification of your kitten’s and puppy's illness. Failure to notify the seller within two business days will result in forfeiture of rights. 

Some breeders offer extended guarantees on their kittens. It is not legal for a breeder to offer a health guarantee that is not at least equal to state law. For a more detailed description of extended genetic health guarantees, Read below.

* An additional guarantee specifically covering any disease or illness that is proven to be of a genetic origin through proper veterinary examination and testing.
* These guarantees do not cover normal veterinary costs incurred while providing general care for the kitten and puppy.
* Proper documentation must be provided to the breeder before any compensation being paid.
* This guarantee does not cover any costs incurred related to injuries caused by owner negligence or accidental injury.

If you live non-locally, There are two easy and convenient ways to receive your new Kitten and puppy: Standard Shipping or Personal Hand Delivery.

This feature comes extra to air shipping. For added security and peace of mind, We can have a professional Pet Shipping agency using experienced Pet Nannies join your furry little friend on the plane. Actually, the agent will escort your Kitten and puppy from the Cattery to the airport! And then use a delivery Van drive with your Kitten and puppy to your home address for home delivery!

The cost for personal hand delivery from the Cattery to the home address  is $400 for one Kitty and $700 for two Kittens. We usually book the flights for each Kitten and puppy 2-8 hours from the time of purchase. The kittens are not traumatized by shipping so please don’t be worried, I have never had a kitten injured by the shipping process. Upon arrival plan to open a can of food as they will be very hungry, Be sure to check their paperwork for their health record.

If you live in the US, Canada, or Mexico, We can ship your Kitten to most major airports. The fee is $400.00 (per Kitten) In addition to the purchase. This fee includes air flight, And vet-issued health certificate and is not refundable under any circumstances.

The most common concern we get is the safety of your kittens and puppies travel, We do everything in our power and know-how to create a safe and reassuring experience for both kittens and Chow Chow puppies and their owners. We book each flight carefully choosing the shortest possible route between our Paws and Purrs Cattery and your Paws and Purrs Kittens and puppies newest home. We keep flight time to a minimum of only a few hours. Our preferred choice airlines are Southwest Airlines and United Airlines, Which offer their award-winning animal traveling program called PetSafe. Delta Airlines offers something similar called Pet Travel. Our Chow Chow puppy, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll Kittens are handled by USDA-approved personnel who ensure a well-kept and climate-controlled on-flight environment for each and every one of our Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens.

In accordance with the airline’s guidelines, Your Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens are required to have a vet-issued health certificate, Which we obtain for you when you pay the shipping fee.

Every traveling crate is made to fit your Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens comfortably. Your Kitten and puppy will not have to slouch or be put in a funny position while it flies. We ensure that our Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens. Stay as relaxed as possible during their entire trip home. Good posture is key! And a good, Soft towel placed on the bottom allows your Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens to stay cozy and cuddly. With food and water by its side, Your Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens is sure to have a great flight home!

Our Team Member boards the Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens on the airplane the day of the flight.

You will receive an email confirmation with all the flight details on the day of the flight. It will include the precise address of the airport closest to you where you may pick up your Ragdoll kittens, Munchkin kittens, Scottish Fold kittens, and Chow Chow pups. Along with the confirmation number you were given in the email, please arrive on time and bring a valid ID card.

HERE’S WHAT TO BRING:

• A clean, Soft towel.
• Fragrance-free baby wipes.
• Paper towels.
• Fresh, Clean water.
• Nutril-Cal (available at any pet store).

The first time you meet your Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens, give them some water and feed them some Nutri-Cal.

Make sure to call Paws And Purrs Cattery the moment you pick up your new Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens so we know all is well and your Kitten and puppy made it successfully to the right arms!

From the airport take your Chow Chow puppies, Munchkin kitten, Scottish Fold kitten and Ragdoll kittens straight home. Feed them right away. Let them relax. Then let your new baby adjust slowly. Read Tips for more information.
